About Heartland
This album is one of my passion projects. As a songwriter that worked hard on craft skills, I've written many songs that weren't suited suited for my voice but suited for any number of other voices including across genres! By 2024 I had become adept at the use of artificial intelligence for my workplace productivity as a marketing and business consultant to the fitness industry. It was a logical step as a man whose rehearsing, touring and managing a band and all the responsibilities associated with it were far behind me, happily I might add! But that didn't mean that I was willing to let the songs that I've never recorded disappear forever with the inevitability of the end of my life which hopefully will not be anytime soon!
Every song that you find on this album, and the other albums in the Artist Imagined Collection, represents one of the artists, their sound and genre as I've heard them in my head since I wrote them going as far back as 1984.
I hope you enjoyed listening to them as much as I enjoyed the experiences that lead to be writing them, and the ability to produce them in such a compelling way without the time energy and expense necessary only a few short years ago.
